Within 180 days of receiving your personalized gift, we will provide you with a replacement or refund if you experience any of these issues:

  • The personalization doesn’t match what you approved in your design preview
  • Your gift arrived with manufacturing defects, regardless of how minor they may seem
  • The final product differs from our description and doesn’t meet your expectations
  • Your gift is unused and unwashed and you’re simply not satisfied

3. Delivery Delays and Missing Orders
